We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Derelict Atlas Premium. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, email us at hello@derelict.online with the email address used at checkout and we will process it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary but the refund typically appears within 5–10 business days.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Premium access through the end of the current billing period.
